These are the plain terms for using FauxCut. They are short on purpose. They are a draft and will be reviewed before the app is released.
Using FauxCut
FauxCut is a video joining app for iPhone. You may use it for your own videos and for videos you have the right to edit. You are responsible for the content you create and share.
Your content
Your videos remain yours. FauxCut doesn't claim any rights to them and doesn't upload them. Free exports carry no FauxCut watermark.
Free and Pro
FauxCut has a free tier and an optional Pro purchase. Pricing and what Pro includes are shown in the app before you buy. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms, including its refund process.
Beta software
During the TestFlight beta, FauxCut may contain bugs. Keep your original videos in Photos, which FauxCut never changes, and don't rely on a beta for work you can't redo.
No warranty
FauxCut is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
